Jack's Relish and Pickles
Mainely Harvest Zucchini Relishes

Maine Marinade and Salad Dressings
An ingenious product! A well balanced mixture that can be used as a dressing for vegetables and salads OR as a marinade to give poultry, seafood or vegetables extra flavor before grilling or roasting.
Maine Sea Salt
With the elevated appreciation of various salts from all over the world, we think that Maine Sea Salt is a real contender. Slowly and naturally evaporated on Bailey Island, this salt leaves a sweet impression with a hint of the many minerals found in the sea. Use it sparingly to finish a dish and notice the delightful texture that it adds.
Rayes Mustards
Award-winning mustards still made the old fashioned way, ground between a series of stone wheels.
Sunset Acres Goat Cheeses and Free Range Eggs
The people at Sunset Acres are enjoying and perfecting their cheese. Their latest is a Bucheron Style which is our new favorite-a very sophisticated little cheese!

These flour tortillas are made by Vita herself and are always fresh. We carry flour, spinach and chipotle cilantro flavors and use them exclusively for our burritos, quesadillas and many of our sandwiches.
York Hill Farm Goat Cheese
We have been using York Hill's goat cheese for years. The texture is firm but creamy at the same time with a slight tang in the finish. They do wonderful roulade with black pepper or dill.
